Jerilynn, a lifelong resident of Bradenton, has deep roots in the community. In addition to having her 2-20 General Lines Property & Casualty License, she has over 30 years of combined banking and insurance experience. Since taking on the HR role, Jerilynn brought a positive cultural environment to the agency from the onboarding process to team building activities. She was recently promoted to the Director of HR & Internal Operations. She considers Boyd Insurance not only her home, but her family, where she continues to shine with her expertise and dedication.

Jerilynn has a compassionate nature and a desire to help others. With a driven and adaptable approach to life, Jerilynn embraces the best advice she ever received: set the bar high and allow room for adjustments. Her admiration for the close-knit community of Manatee County, coupled with her warm hospitality and deep connection to the community, continues to make her an invaluable asset to the team at Boyd Insurance.
Outside of work, Jerilynn cherishes spending time with her husband, children, and her beautiful granddaughter. Whether relaxing by the pool or hosting a cookout, you will find Jerilynn enjoying time with her family or their close group of lifelong friends. Jerilynn and her husband also enjoy trying out new restaurants, vacationing, and simply enjoying quality time together. And when listening to music, she loves pretty much anything country, rock, Christian, old hip hop, and some jazz.
